Birthday party!

I shot a birthday party on the weekend (my first birthday party) and here are some of my faves :) Do I need to say that the theme was "Cars"? I loved having my new camera for this party, the high ISO was such a nice thing to have!

BTW, I'm almost done with my new blog (and logo and stuff)!! It's taken me forever to finish it, but it's getting there. Hopefully my next post will be on my new blog! :)

Sleepy...

I have never been able to take pictures of Mateo when he sleeps because he is a very light sleeper and I'm always afraid the noise from the camera will wake him up. Anyways, I got a chance to shoot a sleeping boy yesterday... He looked so peaceful I just had to get my camera and get a few pictures of him :)

Sledding fun!

I have been a very bad blogger lately... Anyways, yesterday we took Mateo sledding and we had so much fun! We went in the early evening just before the sun started to go down. The sky looked beautiful! There wasn't a ton of snow on the ground, but it was enough to go pretty darn fast!

My first maternity session!!

Ok, I got a little excited this time and posted a ton of pictures... I had my very first maternity session and holy cow did I ever love it! I never thought I'd like shooting bellies this much, seriously!

Back from our holidays!

We're back!!!! I can't believe we were gone for almost 2 months! We had a great time, but I didn't have a chance to take a lot of "nice" pictures... We were really busy and sometimes I just didn't want to haul all my equipment with me, so I ended up using my P&S a lot more than my SLR. I really wanted to get some shots at the beach, but man, what a pain it was with the sand...

Almost ready...

I'm almost done packing for our trip... Mateo and I will be gone for 2 months and I am so stressed out about how he's going to do with it all... 8 plane rides, sleeping in 4 different places, time change, etc... I might need a holiday after our holiday! LOL
I doubt I'll be able to update my blog while we're gone, but if I get a chance I will! Wish us luck!
